Frequencies and vibrations hold strong and hidden powers that impact our lives. Science finds everything in a constant state of vibration. Let us make sense of how the vibration works. Is there a higher power directing our lives or is it just a random co-incidence of events that steers our world to the destiny it deserves? Is there anything we can employ to enhance the occurrence of this positivity to make our lives more meaningful and truly enjoyable?
Human beings are made up of matter and their every emotion generates certain types of vibrations. Quantum physics has proved that everything, including human beings, emits energy, a ubiquitous occurrence which could be experienced round the clock in different dimensions. With every emotion we tend to transmit certain energies measured in hertz (Hz). For example, negative emotions like guilt, apathy, fear, etc., generate lower frequency, while 'shame' produces about 20 hertz, the lowest frequency vibration. Emotions such as desire, anger, courage, neutrality, etc., generate comparatively a high amount of energy. The most positive emotions such as love, enlightenment, peace, joy, willingness, acceptance and the like, generate higher frequencies equal to 700+ hertz.
How does the vibration work? As per the study of visible sounds and vibrations, sound energy can go through the physical surface of land and water and it has a direct effect on the human body. One of the most important frequencies is 432 hertz (numbers of vibration/cycles per sound). It tends to vibrate on a certain principle, which unifies the properties of light, space, time, gravity, matter, magnetism, with biology, DNA code and consciousness. Having profound effects on the cellular level of the human body, it is a natural frequency, mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe. Research has shown that everything, not to exclude body organs, has a specific range of frequency and our body cells resonate and respond to various frequencies.
Sound energy is one of the contributing factors that enhance vibrational energy. For example, the left and right hemisphere of the brain begins resonating to study rhythm, particularly when it is provided with the relevant sound/music, bringing together the most linear side to the more emotional and creative side of the human brain. Unresolved issues are released when the unconscious and subconscious mind is aligned. Thanks to the energy vibrations you send out, once you become more coherent and increasingly powerful, life starts to flow smoothly. And when it happens otherwise, you may experience mood swings and have changing thought patterns, thus giving rise to serendipity moments.
Your dreams are not supposed to die with you. The higher your frequency is, the higher your vibration will be. The energy you release will be matched by the energy you receive. There are three easy ways to turn up your frequency to high levels: laughter, exercise and meditation. Set a powerful intention to align with the energy of love and even above. Stay focused on a higher version of your dream no matter who agrees with you or not.
You just need to know thyself and be aware of your self-esteem, your ambitions and your dreams. If you are prone to low frequency emotions such as fear, anger, shame and all that, then there is no harm in it. You just take ownership of your emotions and then release them without any remorse, as such things are routine parts of life. Just close your eyes and think about your deepest desire? There is no limit for daydreaming. Breathe deeper and fancy your earnest desire.
Let the energy flow from you through meditation. The energy goes where it finds its way. Stand strong, since I want you to wake up, open your eyes and come find a 'New You'. Surround yourself with people who can motivate, elevate and electrify you. Closely observe your environment and see how you are wading through your life. In a stark contrast, if you find yourself around the people who drain your energy and make you needlessly anxious or tired, be aware of them and stay away. You need to be mindful of the fact that how you spend your leisure hours, what kind of content you consume and what leaves you uninspired? Shift your energy to what moves you up.![]()
