The Government of Pakistan, under its Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program, has announced a subsidy of up to PKR 80,000 on ELFA Electric Bikes. This initiative is part of the New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025–30, aimed at promoting affordable, eco-friendly, and sustainable mobility solutions for the people of Pakistan.
With this subsidy, ELFA Electric—Pakistan’s first locally manufactured electric bike brand—becomes even more accessible, helping households reduce fuel expenses while contributing to a cleaner environment. The program prioritizes women, students, delivery riders, and low-income groups, ensuring that the benefits of modern electric mobility reach those who need it most.
