Travelling Towards Destiny

We don’t need portals or machines to travel through time.
We do it every day

Time travel has always fascinated humanity. We imagine portals, machines, and impossible technologies that can take us across centuries. But the older I grow, the more I realize that time travel is not science fiction; it is something deeply human. It lives inside our memories, our dreams, our intuition, and the quiet faith of the people who love us. I know this because my own life is proof.
I was never the ideal student in school. I struggled with discipline, routine, and the pressure to perform. There were days when

I simply didn’t want to go, and I felt like I didn’t fit into the system. But there was one person who never doubted me, my grandfather. Whenever I resisted school, he would look at me with calm certainty and say, “One day, you will go far.” At that age, I didn’t understand how he could be so confident when I wasn’t. Now I realize that he wasn’t predicting my future; he was witnessing it. He saw a version of me that I couldn’t see yet. His belief was a form of time travel. He stepped into my future, saw who I could become, and then returned to the present to guide me towards it.
Years later, when I completed my higher education with first-class honors, I finally understood what he meant. My success wasn’t a miracle; it was the fulfillment of a future someone had already envisioned for me. His words planted a seed, and my journey watered it. That is the power of intention. When someone believes in you with pure sincerity, they help you travel into a future where you are already capable, confident, and accomplished.

The same thing happened with my dream of becoming a successful woman. I used to say it softly, almost shyly, as if I wasn’t sure I deserved it. But the moment I spoke it, something shifted inside me. My mind began to imagine the woman I wanted to become: educated, independent, impactful. And slowly, step by step, I grew into her. That’s when I realized something profound: purpose is the real time machine. When your intention is clear, your thoughts travel ahead of you. You begin to live your future in your imagination long before it becomes your reality. And eventually, your life catches up to the vision you once held quietly in your heart.

We don’t need portals or machines to travel through time. We do it every day. When we dream, we visit the future. When we remember, we revisit the past. When we learn from history, we connect with people who lived centuries before us. When we imagine a better version of ourselves, we step into the future we hope to create. This ability to move through time with our mind is something no technology can replicate. Not even the most advanced AI can replace the human capacity to dream, to hope, to believe, and to transform.

Time travel is not about escaping reality. It is about understanding it deeply, seeing how the past shaped us, how the present challenges us, and how the future calls us. My journey from a struggling schoolgirl to a woman with academic achievements, purpose, and vision is proof that we all carry a time machine within us.
