Replying to this, both Cornetto and Careem told Zain this wouldn’t have happened if he had offered Cornetto to her. In fact, he might have gotten free credits too, with a chance to win an iPhone 12.

Publicity Stunt?

Ayesha-YasirThe Indian designer Sabyasachi, in collaboration with H&M, launched a collection that despite being sold out within minutes, received negative reviews.

The collection had Indian textile and print traditions brought to life by the Sabyasachi Art Foundation. Designed for both ladies and men, the collection was available at Myntra.com, in selected stores and globally online.

However, minutes after the launch, everything available on the official Sabyasachi x H&M site or other platforms was sold out. People were angry not because they wanted to buy from the collection but because the collection was not at all what they were expecting. Two clothing items, a khaaki dress worth $70 and a saree of €199 caught everyone’s attention. While people compared the khaaki dress with the uniform of a bus driver, the saree reminded them of their grandmother.

Though Sabyasachi apologized to everyone through a social media post, many termed the incident a publicity stunt.
